At Bridezilla Design Company we recommend sending out your Wedding invitations 3-4 months before your wedding, this will give guests time to RSVP, book accommodation, transport and time off work if required.
We request that you order your wedding invitations, guest information cards and RSVP cards 7-6 months before your wedding date.
All of our stationery is bespokely printed for each individual client, none of our wedding stationery is ‘off the shelf’. Each piece is coloured and typeset to each couple’s requirements, so we always prefer to allow 6-8 weeks for production. This will give us time to work on your stationery, have it approved by yourself and then have it printed at the professional publishers.

Our customers make contact through either phone or email first, to discuss their requirements. We will then send an order confirmation through to you listing your Wedding Stationery items and the total amount of your order and the deposit required.
Once you have checked and agreed to the order and returned back to us. We will contact you within 24 hour to collect the required information from you for personalising your stationery – Names, Times and Venue etc. We will then create your stationery for you and email you a FREE email PDF for you to check and approve.

The service we provide is completely personalised and much of the time completely bespoke. Because of this we have to put a minimum order quantity of 20 units on all of most of our stationery items. This does NOT include Table Plans, Table numbers and Menus.

Weddings are no longer seasonal. It has become ever more popular for Couples to marry out of the traditional wedding season of the Summer months. So this means we can be very busy regardless of the time of year. Because of this, we recommend you place your order no later than 6 months before your Wedding Day. By placing an order you have booked a slot in our production schedule. We will require a 50% deposit before starting your order. The remaining balance MUST be paid before your order is shipped out to you.

All of your other wedding stationery, such as Framed table plans, Order of Service/Order of the Day booklets, Table Numbers, Place cards, Wedding Menus and Thank you Cards, can be ordered much later, as we know it is impossible to have these details so far in advance. But we prefer a minimum 6-8 weeks before your expected delivery day for productions. 6-8 weeks will give us time for all of the processes your stationery goes through such as designing, proofing, approval and printing.

We currently except payment by cheque or by direct bank transfer. We are unable to except payment by credit/debit card at this present time but we are currently setting up our card payment system and it should be in place shortly.

All information including names and copy for your stationery must be supplied in either a word document, Excel or an E-mail (including guest names).
Please note: We will require this information NO LATER than 6 weeks before your required delivery date. Your order may occur a surcharge or may NOT be fulfilled if this information cannot be supplied in the correct format or by the required time. Bridezilla Design Company will NOT be held responsible for delayed orders due to information not being supplied correctly or supplied to late. We also dvise our customers to correspond promptly, so not to delay production and your delivery date.

To enable us to keep our prices low we do not have a shop.  At this present time we are unable to offer customer visits to our studio, however we do offer a sample service, please email us on info@bridezilladesign.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
